Design Changes Fee - Online Home Designs Shop
Our designs are priced very economically to be purchased as a package without any changes at the prices shown on our website. The files in the design package we provide you with, allow you to give all the information including CAD and DWG files to your builder or whoever will be organising your council applications and structural drawings on your behalf.
Should you require Home Designs Online to make changes to a design for you, this will take extra time and effort to create the new set of drawings. Therefore you will also need to add the (Design Changes Fee) to your basket and pay this fee in addition to the price of the standard design.

Design packages and design change fees must be purchased online prior to any work being undertaken.
Once confirmation has been received of your online payment, we will be in touch to establish the design changes required by you and then draft up the first set of adjusted floorplans for your assessment.
